Sherry a. Snyder
Attorney & Founder of Legacy Legal Group, LLC
Sherry Snyder is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a VA accredited attorney, and is also a member of Estate Planning and Probate Administration Law and Elder Committees of the Missouri Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Drake University in 1990 and her Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in 1993. Sherry previously served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Once in private practice, she limited her practice to estate planning and related areas of law in 2001. Sherry was a recognized as one of Forty Professionals Under Forty of St. Charles County for 2006/2007 and was honored by StreetScape Magazine for going “Beyond the Best” as a business leader in her community. A former NCAA Division I track and field athlete, Sherry enjoys running, hiking, and biking with her husband and stays busy with her four sons.
Eliana Jessica Emery

Eliana Emery is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and is also a member of Estate Planning and Probate Administration Law and Elder Committees of the Missouri Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Washington, and both her Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws from Washington University School of Law. Eliana won multiple awards in law school, including winning the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Championship. Prior to joining Legacy Legal Group, Eliana’s private practice focused on providing legal counsel to individuals on sensitive family matters including family litigation, mediation, and estate planning. She is a certified civil and family mediator. Eliana has also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri, and as associate in-house counsel. A mother of three teenagers, Eliana enjoys volunteering as a high school mock trial coach. She is an avid cook, animal lover, and chess player.

Katie Hill joined the Legacy Legal Group team in the spring of 2019 with 4 years of experience in the legal profession and 10 years of experience in appraising real estate. A 1996 graduate of South East Missouri State, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Katie continues to find law interesting and stimulating. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing pool for the American Pool Association, and going on motorcycle rides with her husband.
